The fresh rainforest smells were like a total vibe and breathing in that super clean air made us feel invincible. We tried out kayaking and wandering the crazy walking tracks, not to mention the epic helicopter tour over the wilderness! Instagram was on fire!
Just one thing—could we get a better nightlife scene? Like, some chill parties or cool places to hang out would be awesome for us young party-goers!

I appreciated being there, the place is gorgeous.
Everything was nice, so were exceptional views over lake. The breakfast was warm, had a wide array of options. I had well-appointed and comfortable modern room with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating. The hotel was set in a central area next to Tasmania, or for that matter Australia and the Bar.

the in-room breakfast was out of this world with so many delicious options, and the service was spot-on. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, even when the bistro was a bit busy. I loved the cozy bar area and the beautiful grounds; everything felt serene and peaceful.
If I had to mention something for improvement, the soundproofing in the rooms could really use a boost. I could hear conversations from the next rooms at times.

Liked having reasonably priced breakfast.
The well-trained and very very helpful staff accommodated all the needs. The guest room was well-equipped and had a large bathroom. There was comfortable bed, a mini-bar, satellite television, and central heating. The service was good with an efficient check-in...

We found that the bed was very uncomfortable. I believe that the management should probably stay in a room now and then to check the comfort of the beds. Otherwise room was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed the ambience of the bar with the fire going and the footy on the large screen, was truly our type of getaway. The grounds are just a treat and for a relaxing break you have everything at your fingertips.

Large room, great gardens, cheery staff
the way bookings for the dinning room were handled was somewhat strange.... we were told that it was fully booked and would have to wait but many tables were vacant and remained so. The food could have been better.
